General<\/h2><p>These Terms &amp; Conditions apply to all services provided by Elva Events, operated by Torben Lohse, a department of Sato Real Estate &amp; Consulting SL, based in Port Andratx, Spain.<\/p><p>By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.<\/p><hr \/><h2>2. Services<\/h2><p>Elva Events provides wedding and event planning services, including but not limited to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Concept creation<\/p><\/li><li><p>Venue sourcing<\/p><\/li><li><p>Vendor coordination<\/p><\/li><li><p>Full-service event planning<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>All services are tailored individually and agreed upon in writing.<\/p><hr \/><h2>3. Booking &amp; Payment<\/h2><p>A booking is confirmed only after:<\/p><ul><li><p>Signing of a written agreement<\/p><\/li><li><p>Payment of a non-refundable deposit<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed schedule.<\/p><hr \/><h2>4. Cancellation Policy<\/h2><p>In case of cancellation:<\/p><ul><li><p>The deposit is non-refundable<\/p><\/li><li><p>Additional costs may apply depending on the stage of planning<\/p><\/li><li><p>Third-party services (venues, vendors) are subject to their own cancellation policies<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>5. Client Responsibilities<\/h2><p>Clients agree to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Provide accurate information<\/p><\/li><li><p>Respond in a timely manner<\/p><\/li><li><p>Respect agreed timelines and payment terms<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Delays caused by the client may affect the delivery of services.<\/p><hr \/><h2>6. Liability<\/h2><p>Elva Events is not liable for:<\/p><ul><li><p>Actions or failures of third-party providers<\/p><\/li><li><p>Events beyond our control (force majeure, weather, travel disruptions, etc.)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers.<\/p><hr \/><h2>7. Changes to Services<\/h2><p>Any changes requested by the client may result in additional costs and must be confirmed in writing.<\/p><hr \/><h2>8. Intellectual Property<\/h2><p>All concepts, designs, and materials created by Elva Events remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><hr \/><h2>9. Governing Law<\/h2><p>These Terms &amp; Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.<\/p><p>Jurisdiction is the registered office of the company in Port Andratx, Spain.<\/p><hr \/><h2>10.
