These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Elva Events, operated by Torben Lohse, a department of Sato Real Estate & Consulting SL, based in Port Andratx, Spain.
By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Elva Events provides wedding and event planning services, including but not limited to:
Concept creation
Venue sourcing
Vendor coordination
Full-service event planning
All services are tailored individually and agreed upon in writing.
A booking is confirmed only after:
Signing of a written agreement
Payment of a non-refundable deposit
The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
In case of cancellation:
The deposit is non-refundable
Additional costs may apply depending on the stage of planning
Third-party services (venues, vendors) are subject to their own cancellation policies
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information
Respond in a timely manner
Respect agreed timelines and payment terms
Delays caused by the client may affect the delivery of services.
Elva Events is not liable for:
Actions or failures of third-party providers
Events beyond our control (force majeure, weather, travel disruptions, etc.)
We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers.
Any changes requested by the client may result in additional costs and must be confirmed in writing.
All concepts, designs, and materials created by Elva Events remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
Jurisdiction is the registered office of the company in Port Andratx, Spain.
